About Your Order

All orders are printed and created by hand. As such, items may have slight color variations and imperfections.

Keep in mind, our items are NOT waterproof. The labels will not withstand constant submersion in ice/water (i.e. cooler).

Due to the time consuming nature of designs, we are unfortunately unable to offer any design mockups without payment. Please see our catalog to purchase a design mockup before order placement.

Because of the custom nature of our orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strive for satisfaction with our customers and we do provide a mockup/copy of your final design before printing and assembling for your approval. Please inform us of any changes at that time, for we are unable to accomodate any alterations after mockup approval. Additionally, if there are any issues with your order upon receipt of goods (missing items, damages, etc.) please inform us IMMEDIATELY. It is your responsibility to examine your items in a timely fashion.

We are UNABLE to accept any cancellations once an order is placed, no exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds/cancellations due to cancelled events, no matter the circumstances. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes with your event to see if accomodations can be made. Please be sure of items and quantities requested. We strongly recommend contacting us either via social media or the chat above before placing an order, especially if you unsure how to order specific quantities. Once payment is made, your order is placed in a queue and prepared for design/printing/assembling. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
