Orders are completed according to date given for order. To ensure availability and that orders will arrive on time, it is best to place order at least 3 weeks in advance. We guarantee that your order will be completed and shipped within enough time for your order to arrive for your event based on shipping carrier estimates. Please do not plan to receive your order weeks in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct date is given for order, and if your event date is changed, you should inform us as soon as possible to see if we can POSSIBLY accomodate a sooner date (this is not guaranteed).

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking info will be provided via e-mail once order is shipped. Orders typically arrive within a week of being dropped off at shipping carrier. Please note: once your order is in custody of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible nor in control of shipping speed or arrival. We have access to the same information as you do via the tracking information provided by the carrier. In the event of extremely delayed/lost items, we will partner with you for a resolution through the shipping company, as VS Parties and Events is not liable for the delivery issues.

Any theme is able to be created, however we do not directly imitate ANYONE'S design. You are, however, welcome to send us inspiration photos and invitations that you would like your treat/favor design to be similar to. We will do our best to ensure items match your vision.
